Struts and Seismic

What happens to a vulture/hyena on a rock with struts open and that rock is blown up by a seismic? What happens to the config and the next turns maneuver?

Grappling/landing struts (open) state:

You ignore obstacles at range 0. You cannot perform [barrel roll] actions. After you reveal your dial, if you reveal a maneuver other than a [2 straight] and are at range 0 of an asteroid or debris cloud, skip your Execute Maneuver step and remove 1 stress token; if you revealed a right or left maneuver, rotate your ship 90° in that direction. After you execute a maneuver, flip this card.

When it is that ship's turn to activate, it reveals its dial and, because it is not at range 0 of an asteroid or debris cloud, it continues its activation normally, then flips the configuration to its Closed side at the end of its activation.
