Republic Y-wing + Burst Laser Turret + Targeting Computer Ruling.

I have noticed an unfortunate rise in what looks like a familiar old 1.0 TLT list with the 7 Republic Y-wings equipped with a Burst Laser Turret and Targeting Computer. I will not get into the ugly feel of broken this list has with negative game play, but question on ruling-

The Republic Y-wing has the following built in ability – “Intuitive Interface: After you perform an action added to your action bar by a upgrade, you may perform a calculate action.” It appears players are adding a targeting computer upgrade in order to be able to target lock, then gain a calculate.
I would argue that since this ship already has a red target lock action, the Intuitive Interface would NOT trigger because you have not added the action, it is already on your action bar? Interested on a ruling here?

And side note, this list looks like good cause for looking into limiting non-unique pilots and also upgrade cards to avoid broken lists that no one enjoys flying against…

Second point under Actions in RRG specifically says:

"Some upgrade cards have an action bar that lists one or more actions. These actions are added to the ship’s action bar and therefore are standard actions that the ship can perform."

Therefore, Targeting Computer adds a white target lock action to the Resistance Y Wing action bar and it can be used in combination with Intuitive Interface.
