Grappling Struts Open and Tractor

can a Vulture with open Grappling Struts be tractored away from an asteroid or debris cloud even if the maneuver template would overlap the obstacle while boosting or barrel-rolling?

Grappling Struts (Open) instructs the ship to ignore obstacles at range 0. Since the ship is ignoring the obstacle, it can move through or overlap that obstacle while it boosts or barrel rolls, even if the template overlaps the obstacle.

This is the case even if the opposing player is the one moving the ship, similar to how the ship ability of the Starviper-class Attack Platform will cause that ship to use a 1 bank template when an opponent causes it to barrel roll after becoming tractored.
