Parting Gift in the End of Activation

A ship with parting gift is destroyed by bombs at the end of activation. That ship drops a bomb using parting gift.

Does this new bomb detonate in that moment or at the next turns end of activation?

The bomb will not detonate until the next round.

When you reach the end of activation, all 'at end of the activation phase' abilities are triggered and form a queue; this includes bomb detonation effects. This is the only opportunity for these abilities to enter the queue for the round. If a ship is destroyed by a bomb effect and then uses Parting Gift to drop an additional bomb, the 'at the end of the activation phase' opportunity has already passed, so the additional bomb's detonation ability will not be triggered until the end of the next round's activation phase.
