Tie Defender Elite Config.

So Nobody likes this. Nobody plays it. It just makes the defender Worse for the points.
What shall we do with it?
I heard a suggestion a while ago to Rework the defender entirely:

• Full Throttle gets 2 green (with appropriate severe Point drop).
• Elite gets the 3 green, but no auto Evade.

Another Approach would be to split the chassis like Wartime Ys and Delta7(b).
Any other Suggestions?
Have there already been some considerations to fixing the elite Config? (Is that more a design or a points team issue?)
