Pattern-analyzer Down for months?

I know its not necessarily the XWA's Wheel House but with Pattern-analyzer being down (the data website for those who don't know) would the XWA consider making an In house data tracker?

I always found it helpful to know what I might face going into an event.

Even if it was for Sanctioned events.
