TIE Heavy and Synced Laser Cannons

In the 2.1 points update, Synced Laser Cannons have gone up to 9 LV, however, Carida Academy Cadets LV still remain at 8.

The Synced Laser Cannons are synonymous with the TIE Heavy Platform and the Carida Academy Pilot should have the LV to reflect that.
